BILLA
Having to promote a brand that has more than 160 stores around the country was a challenging task. Our daily work includes everything local – including social media communication, photo and video production, IT services, coding, design and video animations.
With BILLA, we also had to communicate with the customers in all of the Slovak stores based around the entire country. Community management and customer care were part of our day-to-day work that had to be done with superb quality.
We also coded BILLA’s own chatbot, adapted a lot of foreign videos coming from the headquarters, created unique content for Facebook and Instagram – as well as landing pages, animating our own videos and other formats.
